Lisa Roberts is an Advance Practice Registered Nurse that is dual Certified as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner & Family Nurse Practitioner. She has joined The Peterson Wellness Center and will begin seeing patients November 12.
Lisa has been in healthcare since 1986 when she trained as a Combat Medic for the Army. Her strong desire to get to the root of an illness instead of treating a symptom grew out of her own experience with “Gulf War Syndrome”. She controls her symptoms with traditional foods, support of her family, stress management, movement, and connection with her community.
She finds it is an ongoing process and loves learning from others about how to live life abundantly. Her husband and 10 year old daughter relocated to Cache Valley this summer. They are enjoying living in River Heights along with two goats, three chickens, two dogs and a cat.
